Food is love, Love is Food
I started Food is love, Love is food with the ambition to make an offering of good food to my community. I was inspired to experiment with various modes of operating a food business that could comply with the triple bottom line of generating capital; financial, environmental, and social profit. I use Humboldt County’s organic, seasonal produce and responsibly grown/made ingredients to make vegan and vegetarian dishes for everyone’s pleasure.
Relaxing and recharging is a great time to experience a vegan/vegetarian menu. My foods are creative, delicious, and sustaining. Enjoying an intention meal, during a retreat, can offer new ideas about food and how the body feels. Sharing nourishing food with women offers insight into compassion for each other and ourselves.
