Terms & Policies
If you cancel or change your reservation with less than 14 days notice before the start of your retreat, you will forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel or change your reservation with at least 14 full days notice, you will pay a processing fee of $75 for the retreat and the rest of your deposit or full payment will be refunded to you.
All cancellations must be made directly with Spa Rituals Healing Retreats at (707) 296-5185.
Other Cancellation Policies:
Please cancel up to 2 weeks prior to your retreat start date.
Please contact Sierra Hot Springs or Heartwood Mountain Sanctuary directly to cancel your spa services.
IF SPA RITUALS HEALING RETREATS CANCELS A WOMEN’S HEALING RETREAT:
Spa Rituals Healing Retreats reserves the right to cancel any Women’s Healing Retreat at any time. If your Women’s Healing Retreat is cancelled, I will notify you and offer you the following options:
1. You may receive a full refund.
2. Subject to availability, you may transfer into another Women’s Healing Retreat taking place in the same time period as the cancelled Women’s Healing Retreat.
Check-in is at 4pm Friday afternoon. Check-out is at 10:00am Monday morning.
Please no pets, children, smoking, drugs or alcohol on the premises.

DEPOSITS FOR Women’s Healing Retreats:
To reserve your space, I require a minimum deposit of $200.
The full payment of your total balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. You will receive an email confirming the final payment. If the final payment is not made within 48 hours of the notification, your reservation will be cancelled and your entire deposit will be forfeited.
PAYMENT TYPE OPTIONS:
All fees are payable in U.S. currency only. Overseas residents can pay by credit card.
