I came to Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga as a way to help bring balance to my hectic life as a high school teacher. When I experienced the spaciousness these practices brought to my life, I decided to explore full heartedly. I moved to Nepal to teach yoga at Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche's monastery in the foothills of the Himalayas. This path has brought me to be a healer and teacher in the Arcata community. I have a Rolfing practice where I work with people who are experiencing pain. I am a UCLA trained Mindfulness Facilitator teaching workshops and teaching with Yoga is a foundational part of my life and it fills me with joy to share this practice with others.
