Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline. It includes breathing exercises, meditation, and body postures which help your overall health and wellbeing. The postures and breath work help your body to relax so you can meditate. The word yoga means Union. The Union is the Body, Mind and Soul coming together as a whole.

Yoga is as part of this healing retreat in order for the women to connect with their bodies. When you practice yoga you can become aware of how your body is feeling; every inch of it. This is an awareness and by having this awareness you can feel where your energy is stuck in your body. For example, if your back is tight, then the energy is stuck in your back. By doing yoga postures and breathing techniques you can loosen this tight back and get the energy flowing again. If there are any energy blocks within the body you will notice it by doing a regular yoga practice. And when you free up energy blocks your body feels better and you can start to get clearer in your mind. Thus, allowing you to manifest your desires quicker.
