BOOKING INFORMATION:

Payment Options:

Please confirm retreat availability before purchasing your flight.

Retreat prices do not include airfare.

All major credit cards are accepted. All fees are payable in U.S. currency only. Overseas residents can pay by credit card.

Payments:

DEPOSITS FOR: Women’s Weekend Healing Retreats:

25% reserves your space and the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

I will email you a reminder for payment due.

FINAL PAYMENT:

The full payment of your total balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.

You will receive an email confirming the final payment.

If you are booking less than 30 days prior to the retreat, the full amount will be due.

Limited space in shared and private accommodations are available, please book your reservations early to receive preferred accommodations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be made directly with:

The following is our cancellation policy for guests who reserved their retreat after January 1, 2022: There is no refund or discounts for arriving late or leaving early or choosing to stay at another location.

Cancel 30 days or less prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply 100% of your credit towards another retreat, OR transfer your retreat to a friend, family, co-worker, etc. You will be charged a $200 service fee.

Cancel 15-30 days prior to the retreat start date: you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your total retreat package price.

Cancel 14 days or less prior to the retreat date: you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your total retreat package price.

EXCEPTIONS (to the above cancellation policy):

If the cancellation is COVID-19 related (Borders closed or Positive COVID-19 test*) you have two options:

  1. You can either postpone your reservation and apply 100% of the deposit or paid in full amount to a future retreat within one year of your retreat date.

    -OR-

  2. We will refund your total reservation amount minus a 10% administrative fee of your retreat package price.

* You must provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test.

COVID PROTOCOLS:

In order to make everyone feel safe:

I ask that every participant take a Covid test and show me proof of a negative test.

Those that are vaccinated or unvaccinated are welcome.

I am NOT asking for proof of a vaccination card or that you wear masks the entire retreat.

Please do what makes you feel safe and comfortable.

There will be fresh air and depending on weather I hope to be outside as much as possible.

The entire home will be sanitized prior to the retreat and during the retreat.

MASSAGE CANCELLATION:

Private Home Retreats:

Please cancel up to 24hours prior to your retreat start date.

Please contact the Massage Therapist who you booked with directly to cancel your spa services.

Sierra Hot Springs Retreat:

Please contact Sierra Hot Springs directly to cancel your spa services.

IF SPA RITUALS HEALING RETREATS CANCELS A WOMEN’S HEALING RETREAT:

Spa Rituals Healing Retreats reserves the right to cancel any Women’s Healing Retreat at any time. If your Women’s Healing Retreat is cancelled, I will notify you and offer you the following options:

1. You may receive a full refund.

2. Subject to availability, you may transfer into another Women’s Healing Retreat taking place in the same time period as the cancelled Women’s Healing Retreat. You have 1 year from the original retreat date to transfer and participate.

3. You can gift your retreat to a friend, family, co-worker, etc. They will have to participate in the retreat within 1 year from the date it was purchased.

CHECK-IN:

Private Home: Check-in is at 3pm Friday and Check-Out is at 11am Monday.

Sierra Hot Springs: Check-in is at 3pm Friday and Check-out is at 11am Sunday. (You are welcome to leave your luggage in the Green Room.)

Heartwood Mountain Sanctuary: Check-in is at 3-5pm Friday and Check-out is at 1pm on Sunday.

FACILITIES:

Please no pets, children, smoking, drugs or alcohol on the premises.

WELCOME PACKET:

Once you have reserved a retreat, you will receive a Welcome Packet with all the retreat information including a suggested packing list, liability release form and other informative information.
